PAYMENTS  

  •  All forms of payment accepted EXCEPT E-checks,money orders. 
  • Cash sales in person only
  • Full Payment for custom orders must be completed before crafting will begin. 
  • All custom order listings that are not paid for after 72 hours will be cancelled
  • NO C.O.D. (cash on delivery)

 

PRODUCT WARRANTY

We take some serious pride in our handcrafted products! If you believe a material used to create your product is defective please contact us within 7 days of order delivery so we can help.  

  •  Clear Image/s of the defective item must be supplied so we can investigate the problem and attempt to correct it for you in the best manner possible. 
  • We do not cover damage/breakages caused by customer mis-use. Such as vial tampering, rough usage, drops/falls, or altering of our product design. 

 

SHIPPING 

 Orders are shipped 5 days a week (Monday through Friday)

  • Standard USPS First class shipping Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days
  • All orders include tracking information
  • Combine items with no extra shipping charge
  • Need your order faster? Priority & Express 1-2 or 3 day shipping is always available for your convenience.
  • Custom orders will ship within the time frame the Customer and I agree upon. This is a case by case basis and every order differs in supplies, labor and when the customer needs a delivery.


INTERNATIONAL ORDER INFORMATION

 

  • International orders are shipped via USPS First class International 
  • All orders come with a USPS tracking number
  • International orders can take up to 4-8 weeks for delivery. Sometimes longer during the holiday months

99% of our International orders are delivered within 2 weeks, however some circumstances like customs processing and holidays can delay the shipment.
If you have any questions or concerns about your order PLEASE contact me right away.

  • Wanderlust Hearts is NOT responsible for the taxes or fees (v.a.t) for your country. Any taxes and or fees incurred through Customs are the Customers responsibility. 

 

    RETURNS

 We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase!
In the rare instance a customer is not satisfied with their purchase we ask that
New/Unworn products be shipped within 14 business days back to:

Once the return is received a refund will be issued within 7 business days - Excluding shipping costs.
Please return items in the same packaging. If this is not possible please at least ship the returned items in bubble wrap or protective material for safe delivery back to me. Please contact us if you have any questions. 

  • No Returns on Earrings or Hair accessories. This is for Sanitary reasons to protect our customers.
  •  We will NOT accept returns on any filled vial jewelry/accessories that have been tampered with. They are NOT meant to be pried open. Wanderlust Hearts' is NOT responsible for damages or injury that misuse of our product may cause. 

EXCHANGES

  • Accidental size choices happen and we want to make your exchange as easy as possible for you. Please contact us and we can get started on getting the correct size out to you. 
  • Many of our items are one of a kind ,because of this these items can be returned for a custom order OR another item from our shop with the same value of the original purchase.
  • Shipping for returned/exchanged items are to be paid by for by the customer.
